Signal Awards celebrates the best in podcasting, honoring creators and teams across a wide range of categories. Lustre partnered with parent company Recognition Media to create a digital first brand identity and website that felt credible, energizing, and easy to navigate. Our brand design centered around a bold, modern logo inspired by sound waveforms, using concentric curves and graphic distortion to subtly nod to audio, without relying on obvious tropes. The identity balances authority with approachability, appealing to both independent creators and major networks.

We extended the brand into a clean, celebratory website experience that simplifies nominations and entries while showcasing past winners and categories. The design system includes confident typography, a vibrant-yet-refined color palette, and audio-inspired motion graphics that bring the experience to life. The result is a brand built to scale with the growing industry—elevated enough for professionals, but accessible to emerging voices in the podcasting world.  

The site uses bold typography, clear flows for nomination and entry, and subtle audio inspired visuals to nod to the industry while keeping the experience simple and celebratory.
