Cabinet partnered with Lustre to reimagine their digital experience as they positioned themselves as a premium, sustainable alternative in the over-the-counter medicine space. Our goal was to make the site feel clean, trustworthy, and elevated—while also making complex subscription and bundle logic feel simple and user-friendly. We began by mapping the user experience and identifying friction points across the original site, then rebuilt the flow around clarity, transparency, and confidence.

Visually, we leaned into a minimalist, pharmacy-meets-lifestyle aesthetic that highlighted Cabinet’s sustainable packaging and clean formulations. The new Shopify site included custom UX for bundles and subscription flows, along with updated content modules to support storytelling and conversion. The result is a digital presence that supports both brand trust and long-term scalability as Cabinet continues to grow its mission-driven model.
