A Scalable and Subscription-Driven eCommerce Experience for Biom
As Biom prepared for a major phase of growth and nationwide retail distribution, the brand partnered with Lustre to elevate its visual identity and redesign its website as a strategic foundation for scale. Our role was to translate Biom’s product innovation and sustainability mission into a clear, compelling digital experience, one built to educate new audiences, communicate differentiation, and support expansion across both direct-to-consumer and retail channels.
Our work spanned visual identity evolution, eCommerce website design, and UX strategy. With a complex ecosystem of variants, refills, bundles, and subscriptions, we led deep UX exploration to create intuitive shopping pathways that drive discovery, increase average order value, and encourage long-term retention. The resulting platform pairs elevated visual design with performance-led structure, establishing a scalable digital foundation that supports education, conversion, and subscription growth. Today, Biom has expanded into nationwide retail distribution with Target and continues to emerge as a major player in the modern wipes and home care category.
