An Immersive Website Experience for Bala Resulting in Improved KPIs
Bala partnered with Lustre to reimagine their website as a brand driven, performance led eCommerce experience built for scale. Rather than redefining the brand, our role was to translate Bala’s existing visual system into a highly intentional website execution, one that honored every brand rule while elevating how the product story lives online.
Our scope focused on eCommerce website design, UX strategy, and conversion optimization. We architected a seamless shopping experience that carefully integrated upsells, product bundles, and modular merchandising to increase average order value, while immersive layouts, motion, and video content brought Bala’s sculptural fitness essentials to life. Every interaction was designed to feel distinctly Bala, visually engaging, content-rich, and intuitive, without ever sacrificing usability.
The result is a website that balances expression and performance, leveraging Bala’s world class content to create a dynamic product journey and delivering measurable improvements across key eCommerce KPIs, including increased average order value, engagement, and overall site performance.
